Construction Superintendent

We are searching for a Construction Superintendent on behalf of our client, a heavy civil and demolition contractor in the Raleigh, NC area. This role will oversee different skilled crews, help keep the job on track and handle a fast-moving site on an exciting build in Raleigh!

The ideal candidate is a current Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a strong construction background that places an emphasis on safety, team leadership and being boots on the ground.

Position Offers:

• Salary: Up to $130k/year base salary. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.
