Overview

Location: Johannesburg (Site-Based). Main Purpose of the Job: to monitor team performance and execute solution-driven project supervision to exceed quality standards. The role focuses on managing on-site construction activities, ensuring completion without rework, and fostering sound relationships with employees.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage the allocation and execution of site work for subordinates (linesmen, erectors, operators, and general workers).
• PDF Administration & Deadlines: Maintain site diaries, instruction books, document control, and work method statements. Complete daily DSTIs, weekly timesheets, petty cash reconciliations, and weekly observations.
• Resource & Material Control: Manage site security alongside vehicles, plant, tools, equipment, and material procurement/delivery.
