We are seeking a highly meticulous and operationally focused Manager to own the execution of our acquisition, retention, and upsell offers, while concurrently leading the strategy to test and optimize our userflows for maximum conversion with our core DTC services (Crave, TSN, RDS, Starz).

Reporting to the Sr Manager, DTC Acquisition & Upsell, this individual will be a foundational liaison between our Pricing, Product and Marketing teams to maximize operational efficiencies and optimize our subscriber experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, QA, and deploy all acquisition, retention, and upsell offers for our core DTC services.
