Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own relationships with decision-makers (C-level, owners, Finance/HR heads, or at least managerial level) at mid-high market companies.
  • Lead consultative conversations — diagnose clients' back-office challenges (payroll, tax, BPJS, accounting) and position beres as an integrated solution and advisory partner, not just a tool.
  • Sell the outcome and value, including advisory/consulting positioning and cross-functional expansion within an account (Accounting → HR → IT → Legal).
  • Source and engage prospects through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and warm introductions.
  • Identify account-expansion (land-and-expand) opportunities within existing clients.
