Content Associate (E-commerce)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced content associate who has broad knowledge in the publishing and maintenance of products from e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok, and Shopify. You will also be responsible for helping the Content Head to optimize product listings, manage and develop innovative and effective solutions to ensure superior content quality for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparing products' content details and ensure completeness and accuracy of information prior to uploading
• Supporting optimization initiatives on content information (product name, product description, attributes, etc) and improvement of Content Score
• Be the champion for quality assurance
• Initiating product researches and identify gaps on product information, key attributes, SEO, etc., and facilitate improvement plans
