Content Development Officer (e-Learning, Learning Services)
Job Description
The Content Development Officer will be responsible for the creation and conversion of new and existing training materials to eLearning modules and gamifications using existing authoring tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build eLearning courses using Articulate 360 according to template specifications.
- Make editorial and formatting decisions related to course migration.
- Ensure courses meet branding standards for format and eLearning experience.
- Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively and proactively.
- Conduct course quality assurance reviews to ensure full functionality and accuracy.
- Work with team members productively across geographic regions remotely.
- Collaborate with program POCs and discuss innovative ways to present learning modules.
