Content & Video Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and English-proficient Content & Video Quality Control Specialist to join our Post-Production team. It is best suited for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about maintaining top-tier video quality. You will be responsible for reviewing video content at various stages raw footage, storyboard drafts, and final course videos ensuring all output meets KnowledgeCity’s predefined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review raw course videos for audio/visual issues, including talent mistakes, background noise, syncing problems, and on-screen content mismatches.
Create and annotate storyboards using Boords to guide video editors in the post-production process.
Watch the final course versions and verify that:
Voiceover and visuals are aligned
Icons, slides, and animations appear at the correct times
Brand and instructional standards are consistently applied
