Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
This position will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, leading productivity projects, optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and supporting the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles across the operation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, Lean methodologies, and data-driven problem solving, with the ability to influence teams at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost reduction.
Identify and eliminate process waste through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
