THE POSITION

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist , you will identify, develop, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, employee engagement, with a focus on production performance. To be successful in this role, you'll need to analyze workflows, reduce inefficiencies, support change initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
