Contract Finance Analyst: Due Diligence Support

CARATS&CO PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join their team in Singapore on a short-term contract basis. The successful candidate will assist in due diligence consulting, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

The role involves supporting financial, tax, and legal due diligence activities, including analysis, coordination, and timely delivery of requested information. A degree in Accounting or related fields, and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required.
