Position Overview
NOTE: This posting is for a 40 hour/week contract position able to work remotely within the contiguous United States. Prior US Commercial Nuclear experience and high-level knowledge of ANSYS is required.
POSITION SUMMARY: Applies technical knowledge, insight, reasoning, and decision making to perform civil structural analyses and design of Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures. Candidates should possess a strong design background and be proficient in structural concrete and steel analysis and design.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Uses structural engineering tools and implements appropriate standards to design Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures including post-processing analytical results and designing structures for various material types (concrete, steel, etc ).
