Salary - £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Location - Warrington
Location of Projects - North West and North East Locations (A lot of local work across the Northern regions. Some work may be in other areas of the UK)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple industrial and commercial office fit out projects simultaneously. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple live projects across industrial and commercial sectors
Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, Supervisors, and delivery teams
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company standards
Monitor project progress, programme, and resourcing requirements
