About the RoleAn Incident and Problem Management Specialist is responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of IT systems, managing incident and problem lifecycle, coordinating support teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Log and track incidents, ensuring timely resolution and preventing recurrence.
- Coordinate with appropriate support groups to restore services as quickly as possible.
- Facilitate crisis calls, take minutes, and communicate updates with management using designated tools.
- Write reports for major incidents, detailing technical aspects and improvement steps.
- Apply processes correctly by referencing the MIM handbook.
