Controls Engineer (Reynosa)

Overview

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is seeking a Controls Engineer to support the transition of its Mobility Group into a new company. The role focuses on improving automated control and safety devices, ensuring production equipment reliability, and maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and delivery objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy electric control standards for maintenance and engineering departments.
• Manage PLC, HMI, laser, vision, safety controller, EOLT, and Technifor program storage and backups.
• Implement and validate error‑proofing measures to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Identify systematic control issues and collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineering for permanent corrective actions.
