LER TechForce is looking for a Senior Industrial Automation Controls Architect

We are seeking a senior-level Senior Industrial Automation Controls Architect to lead the design and implementation of automation controls for production manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for defining system architecture, developing controls software, integrating hardware and networks, and mentoring engineers across the full project lifecycle—from concept and quoting through commissioning and production support.

This role is ideal for an experienced controls engineer with deep PLC expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
