Controls Hardware Validation Engineer

Collaborate with systems engineering and hardware engineering to develop verification and validation requirements.
Execute product testing projects from concept through production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Create and maintain professional test plans, procedures, and reports.
Design and build automated test fixtures using CAD tools and LabVIEW.
Develop and implement performance and qualification test methods; analyze and document results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electronic controls testing, including analog/digital circuit diagnostics and validation.
