COO

1. Position Overview

As a core member of CoinW's executive leadership team, the COO will oversee the establishment and execution of the exchange's global operations framework. Working closely with the CEO to define corporate strategy and drive execution, this role is responsible for efficiency improvement and performance delivery across operations, product, marketing, customer support, and compliance operations, supporting the exchange's global expansion and business growth objectives.

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop the company's mid-to-long-term strategy and annual business targets, cascade goals across business lines, and drive execution; own overall operational KPIs including user growth, trading volume, retention, and revenue.
