About the role

As a Coordination Officer, you will support the delivery of critical recovery, preparedness and resilience initiatives across the North Coast, working closely with councils, communities and partner organisations to ensure programs remain practical, responsive and aligned to local needs.


You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of recovery and preparedness programs, helping coordinate projects that make a real difference to communities before, during and after disasters.

  • Support the development, coordination and delivery of projects, services and initiatives that strengthen community preparedness, response and recovery capability.

  • Contribute to the implementation of regional recovery programs and disaster resilience initiatives, ensuring support reaches communities impacted by natural disasters.
