As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating IRCC programs for refugees and marginalized groups. Your responsibilities will include managing client referrals and collaborating with case specialists to ensure a seamless service experience. This role demands excellent organizational skills to support operational frameworks and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute referrals to RISE Case Specialists and Family Counsellors
• Monitor client waitlists and trends in referrals
• Support program outreach and represent IRCC at community events
• Maintain records and assist with program tracking tools
• Provide recommendations for program development
