About the role:
The Coordinator – Skill Development will lead the design, implementation, and expansion of the formal-sector skilling and placement programme across Delhi NCR. The role involves programme management, strategy development, partnership building, fundraising, team leadership, and ensuring successful training and placement outcomes for young women.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Strategy & Implementation
Lead overall planning, strategy development, and execution of the Skill Development Programme in Delhi NCR.
Design need-based, market-driven training modules aligned with current industry requirements.
Develop scale-up plans for Gurugram, Noida, and Faridabad after Phase I implementation in Delhi. <...
