Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining updated product and process risk analyses (FMEA D/P), evaluating their effectiveness, and coordinating the problem‑solving process with applicable methodologies for optimal execution.

Activities

• Activity 1: Training multidisciplinary personnel in core tools.
• Activity 2: Lead a multidisciplinary team for FMEA generation (P‑D) based on APIS.
• Activity 3: Generate process/design FMEA in APIS for new VDA/AIAG projects.
• Activity 4: Maintain control of updates to the latest level of FMEAs – Control Plan.
• Activity 5: Coordinate the reverse FMEA review prior to production startup (SOP).
• Activity 6: Support multidisciplinary teams in problem‑solving for effective analysis.
