Corporate Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate development projects – JVs, Investments, M&A, Acquisitions, divestitures, strategy development, new business development at the corporate and business unit level
• Conduct due diligence, financial modelling for potential acquisitions, prepare investment cases, present findings and provide insightful recommendations to senior management / board
• Work along the senior management, C‑suite and head of team to contribute to and lead high‑performing project teams
• Manage and track deal progress, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met
• Assist in post‑merger integration planning and execution
• Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information, analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscapes
