PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE

• Project Financial Management & Forecasting – Drive execution of project cost tracking, budget management, and financial forecasting from project start to final completion. Own end‑to‑end delivery of cost control reporting, ensuring that cost, quality, and timeline goals are met across all construction developments. Analyze construction material costs and supply chain expenses to advise the business on financial implications and cost‑saving opportunities. Ensure alignment of project expenditures with established budgets, proactively identifying variances and financial risks.
