Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies, cost estimation, and budgeting for construction projects
- Manage tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement processes
- Oversee preparation of bills of quantities and contract documentation
- Control project costs, including risk, value engineering, and variation management
- Provide expert advice on contractual, legal, and compliance matters, including dispute resolution
- Coordinate stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in cost management, contract administration, and construction law
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving
