Our Johannesburg branch based in Kempton Park is looking for an experienced Costing/Admin Clerk. Duties and Responsibilities General Admin Daily Costings Weekly Invoicing Sending of Statements Billing Queries Credit notes and Debit notes Recons Monthly stationary orders nationally Checking of rates for cost of sales Reception duties Job Requirement Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in Finance and the logistics industry. Grade 12 Certificate or Higher. Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail Strong administrative skills Planning and organizational ability Proficiency in English Strong communication skills / Telephone etiquette Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem Solving Skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Must have own transport #J-18808-Ljbffr
