Position Overview
- Candidate must be a licensed mechanical engineer with at least 1 year of experience as an engineer in a Construction Company
- Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- With strong analytical, strategic and leadership skills
- Willing to visit different project sites
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares the cost/material estimates of projects to be assigned for bidding proposals
- Arranges fabrication sheets; coordinates Material Request (MR) on assigned sites with Project Managers
- Attends bidding and coordination meetings with clients
- Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project
- Maintains documents related to quotations
- Performs other related jobs as may be assigned by Operations Manager
