Role and responsibility: Career Counsellor – NGO School Outreach Project This project aims to provide career guidance and counselling to students across schools in Bengaluru, nearby rural areas, and villages along the Maharashtra border. The initiative focuses on helping students make informed educational and career choices through structured career guidance sessions. Key Responsibilities- Conduct career guidance and counselling sessions for students in schools as per the project schedule. Travel with the project team to various schools in Bengaluru, surrounding villages, and the Maharashtra border region. Be available to travel for one week at a stretch each month for on-site counselling assignments. Deliver engaging and interactive career guidance sessions using the training and resources provided.
