Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to front desk enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and record updates.
  • Manage stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events and HR-related tasks.
  • Assist management with ad hoc administrative duties and ensure the office is well maintained.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Mail and web browsers.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Preferably at least 3 years of relevant administrative and front desk experience, ideally in a school environment.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
