Job Overview

The Counter/Inside Sales Representative based in Vaughan is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins, sourcing additional products, preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs, providing product knowledge to customers, and expediting orders quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Directly service the customer via phone & counter sales
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives
• Put away counter stock
• Maintain the showroom and counter shelves
• Pick, receive and ship orders when required

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written; ability to impart knowledge
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential
