Country Manager - TIC (Minerals/Coal)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Industry: Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) / Commodities

Experience: 10 years in TIC

Nationality Preference: Indian Origin

Job Purpose

To lead and grow our TIC operations in the UAE ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability within the minerals/coal sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and retain key clients in the minerals/coal sector.
  • Manage full P&L ensuring revenue targets and timely collections.
  • Oversee lab operations ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and fast turnaround.
  • Ensure safety statutory compliance and adherence to ISO/internal standards.
  • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team.

  • Education: B.E. in Science or Engineering.
