About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company expanding across Southeast Asia. They offer Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and embedded finance solutions and are preparing to launch operations in Indonesia.

The company’s go-to-market model is built on merchant partnerships, integrations with digital ecosystems, and embedded financial products — all delivered through a mobile-first platform. This is a founder-type mandate.

What you will own

• The OJK licensing process end-to-end: documentation, regulatory submissions, and direct engagement with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. This is the immediate priority and will define your first 6-9 months.
• Banking and strategic partnerships: managing the existing local commercial bank relationship and building new ones with banks, payment facilitators, and ecosystem partners to support the product launch.
