Responsibilities Help build the next generation of craft talent. Brasfield & Gorrie is looking for a Craft Recruiter – Apprenticeship Programs to help grow our pipeline of entry-level craft talent. This role focuses on building relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce partners to support hiring needs and strengthen Brasfield & Gorrie’s Field Apprenticeship Program. This person will help connect students and early-career candidates to real opportunities in construction while partnering with field leaders and recruiting teams to support long-term workforce needs.
