Creator Strategy Manager

Job Description

The Creator Strategy Manager is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and executing innovative global strategies and programs with content creators to attract and connect with our audiences and communities worldwide, support player diverse interest and sustain their engagement with Ubisoft brands. Leveraging both earned and paid creator collaborations, they drive player acquisition, engagement, advocacy, and retention across the full game lifecycle. 

As a creator marketing subject matter expert, they serve as a strategic advisor and key liaison for internal stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring creator initiatives align with business priorities, global marketing objectives, audience needs and platform best practices
