Position Overview

This job is all about keeping things running smoothly in the credit department. You might like this job because you get to help customers, work with various professionals on property deals, and dive into exciting sales events!

  • Manage administrative and credit control processes
  • Liaise with financiers, solicitors and relevant authorities to complete property purchase and loan documentations
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide timely reports and forecasting of sales collections
  • Assist in sales, project launches and company events when required

Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude, pleasant personality & good analytical skills
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
