Credit Analyst

Qualifications:

● Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fi elds.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Analysis.

● Proficient in Tagalog (Mandatory) and English.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite, (particularly Excel), CRM tools, and financial analysis software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit Assessment & Risk Management

○ Analyze credit bureau reports, bank statements, and KYC documents to evaluate applicants' creditworthiness, financial health, and compliance with regulatory standards

○ Conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments for loan applications

○ Evaluate loan applications and make informed credit decisions within the company's risk appetite

○ Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize defaults
