Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for keeping cash coming in and debtor days under control.
• Chasing overdue invoices (phone + email - no hiding behind the inbox).
• Make sure debts are paid within agreed terms.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle queries and resolve invoice disputes.
• Spot changes in payment behaviour before they become problems.
• Manage invoicing through client portals.
• Reconcile accounts and keep records watertight.
