Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring outstanding balances are closely monitored and payments are collected promptly. You'll support the smooth running of the sales ledger, resolve queries efficiently and contribute to maintaining a high standard of service across the finance function. This is a critical position within the business, helping to safeguard cash flow while fostering professional, long‑term relationships with customers.
