I'm working with a fast‑growing fintech lender looking to hire an experienced Credit Risk Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands‑on underwriting and shaping credit policy. The successful candidate will play a key role in day‑to‑day lending decisions while also helping to develop credit policies, decision‑making processes, and risk controls that support the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess SME financing applications and make lending recommendations
• Review financial information and business performance data
• Develop and improve credit policies and underwriting frameworks
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks
• Drive improvements across credit processes, tools and decision‑making
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and Product teams
