Basic Information
- Monday to Thursday 9am to 6.30pm
Fridays 9am to 6pm - Basic UP $5000
- Location: North
- Bonus provided
- Office-based role, no travelling required
- Support the crewing department in employment administration for seagoing personnel, including review of monthly crew payroll.
- Maintain updated vessel manning lists and closely monitor crew rotation schedules.
- Coordinate with manning agencies, vessel Masters, port agents, and travel agencies to ensure smooth crew changes, especially for vessels operating in foreign waters.
- Arrange crew travel logistics, including flight bookings through travel agencies.
- Process Flag State endorsements for officers prior to vessel deployment.
- Conduct pre-joining briefings and post-departure debriefings for officers when required.
