CRM Acquisition Lead: Journeys & Growth

Etihad Airways is seeking a CRM Acquisition Manager to own the implementation and optimization of CRM acquisition initiatives. The role focuses on onboarding, activation, and first conversion journeys, collaborating with the CRM Lifecycle Strategy Manager to scale and optimize programs for sustainable growth.

You will work with Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, E-commerce, and Technology teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery and to drive engagement, conversion, and early value across UAE markets.
