Getnet Payments is looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented professional to join our Global Commercial Excellence Team as CRM & Commercial Intelligence Associate, based in Madrid.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The CRM and Commercial Intelligence Associate is a strategic role in a global organization, a leader in the payments industry, in which you will be responsible for the definition and optimizing CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with commercial and customer engagement teams and designing of data-based business solutions to streamline processes and boost the lifecycle value. This role supports the global CRM strategy, enhances commercial intelligence, and provides datadriven insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
