Position Overview

            Shifts available: 7a-3p, Call 3p-7a 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary) and either 5pm or 7pm room per week  
Types of Cases: General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB  
Supervision or independent: Supervision: All CRNA Practice  
Specific requirements/restrictions: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals Required, Case Logs proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks, Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
