Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise Civil & Structural (C&S) works for PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) projects to ensure timely and quality project delivery. 
Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions for compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. 
Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, PPVC suppliers/manufacturers, and relevant authorities on all C&S and PPVC-related matters. 
Plan and monitor site activities, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. 
Coordinate the delivery, lifting, installation, and integration of PPVC modules with architectural, M&E, and structural works. 
Resolve technical and site coordination issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
