Culinary Lead: Create, Lead & Elevate Menus

KATBA IMPEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned kitchen operations lead in Singapore. You will manage ingredient ordering, supervise cooking, and train staff to uphold quality, hygiene and efficiency in a fast-paced F&B environment. You will also collaborate with suppliers, support menu planning and new product creation.
