Position Overview
Curriculum & Programme Development
- Work with Management to ensure the alignment of the curriculum, teaching, and learning approaches with Centre's mission and vision, values, as well as licensing/SPARK requirements.
- Collaborate with the principal and teaching team to consistently assess and improve practices, including effective management, assessment practices, etc.
- Demonstrate understanding of Centre's bilingual (Chinese) programme and work with Chinese ST to ensure an effective Chinese Curriculum Programme.
- Develop & Manage Enrichment Programmes.
- At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership.
- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures.
