Position Overview

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months, Contract

Shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

This role is a contractor position, starting full time on-site during the training period and then transiting to hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site) at a time to be determined.

  • Candidate should be a proactive team player with sharp attention to detail and analytical skills, taking initiative to address and resolve issues.
  • High level of computer transactions daily, administering 200+ orders at any given time
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment
  • Customer interaction management, both internal and external
  • Administering commercial and/or military repair orders; included by not limited to acknowledging, quoting, exchanging, and invoicing customer orders
  • Managing, interpreting, and executing customer contractual requirements
