  • Troubleshoot customer issues and gather relevant information for technical investigations.
  • Work closely with the engineering and technical support teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex technical problems where necessary and track progress through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to help improve products and processes.
