Position Overview

Job Purpose

To coordinate technical and business information between vendors and internal stakeholders to enable service delivery and the implementation of products and services for customers.

Responsibilities

Brief breakdown of duties:

  • Loading stores for onboarding and liaising with all parties to complete the installation.
  • Loading Customer Portal details and sending out Welcome packs to clients upon completion of the installation.
  • Assisting the team with closing legacy tickets on Jira.
  • Completing verification of stores when they go live.
  • Contacting stores on Days 1, 7, and 31 to complete courtesy calls, and logging queries for any issues picked up during the calls.
  • Following up on the Inactive Terminal report.
  • Following up on the No Trades terminal report.
  • Assisting with Customer Portal queries.
  • Following up on unsuccessful installations.
