Customer Executive Team Member

Our client, a large global growing logistics company based in Hams Hall, Birmingham requires 11 Customer Service Representatives.

The position is a genuine temp to perm opportunity following a successful trial period, there is further career progression potential.

Responsibilities/Experience required:

Working with a large number of existing clients and logging orders.

Providing a great customer experience to internal and external clients.

Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently

Working within a team environment and to agreed timescales.
