Position Overview

1. Delivering on job training of retail stores of leading telecom operator 2. To do observations and coaching of retail stores on ground agents and their supervisors, called team leaders or store managers 3. Helping the content team by providing on-ground real-time examples, case studies, and other required materials such as product , processes, store photographs, videos etc. 4. Doing on-ground ( at retail stores) training need assessments and reporting on the same 5. Working closely with the client's retail, head of the country, and regional retail heads 6. In collaboration with clients’ retail heads developing monthly and quarterly visit calendars as per laid down terms 7. Approvals pre and post monthly visits calendars from retail country heads and sharing with the head office 8.
